In the heart of Finland’s beautiful Lakeland, surrounded by pure nature and the waters of Lake Saimaa, lies the home of Norolan. Here, among countless lakes, fishing has been a part of life for thousands of years. Norolan was founded in Mikkeli in 2019, and a few decades earlier, so was Norolan’s founder, Jyrki. He is one of us: someone deeply passionate about fishing.

Though still a young company, Norolan has grown beyond being a one-man lure workshop. Today, we are a team of passionate individuals, each with a unique love for fishing and appreciation for skilled, local craftsmanship. The values of responsibility and sustainability are more present in our work than ever before.
At Norolan, we don’t sell just anything. We carefully select each product in our lineup, only items we fully believe in and would proudly use ourselves. For us, responsibility means using 100% lead-free and eco-friendly materials in both our products and packaging. Our commitment extends to our subcontractors too, as we encourage them to choose responsible, sustainable materials alongside us.
